1978 Born in Tokyo, Japan. Graduated from Musashino Art University, College of Art and Design, Department of Imaging Arts and Sciences. Freelance photographer since 2000.
Adachi has based on skateboarding culture, but also he works for various magazines and advertisement. He opened alternative space called NO.12 GALLERY in Shibuya, Tokyo. In 2004 and closed in 2019. He provided an exhibition space for independent artists from various fields.
